Today is Boss’s Day and I celebrated it by making pancakes for the office in honor of our Practice Manager, Toni. And yesterday, I made a special batch of my office-famous sausage balls for my other “boss”, Dr. G. Never before had I celebrated it, but all the talk of pancakes amonst us ladies in the office earlier this week, coupled with the office holiday of Boss’s Day… well, it just seemed fitting to celebrate Boss’s Day with a pancake breakfast.
