What I’ve Accomplished in 138 Days

I started my “101 Things to do in 1001 Days” challenge on April 24, 2016, and I feel like I’ve not accomplished much in the past four months. So earlier this week, I decided to sit down with my list to see what, if anything, I’ve accomplished so far. But first, who inspired me to do this list? It was two bloggers… first was Kate from Kate The Almost Great, and she pointed me in the direction of Mackenzie Horan at Design Darling, who put together her first list together in 2011. “School of Life” is a Good Lesson on Life

I stumbled upon a movie on TV the other night starring the handsome, and now married, Ryan Reynolds. I’ve been smitten with Reynolds since Two Guys, A Girl and A Pizza Place. The movie I’m writing about was a made-for-TV movie titled School of Life (2005) and starred Reynolds as Michael D’Angelo. During this 21-day event, Ulta is offering beauty steals up to 50% off, including special deals on brands such as Urban Decay, It […]

10 Things I Enjoyed About My First BlogHer Conference

I can’t believe that it’s been a month since I attended the BlogHer 16 Conference in Los Angeles, California. I absolutely loved my time in LA, and the best part of the conference, for me, was getting to meet so many wonderful female bloggers. You see, I blog from a small city in East Tennessee and I haven’t gone to any “blogger meet-ups”, although I really think I’m going to change that! I WANT to meet other bloggers and I want to expand my blog outside of the confines of my little area in East Tennessee. I want hundreds, if […]
