It’s that time of year for Christmas music and movies, holiday cheer, food galore, and of course, ugly holiday sweaters. In fact, some holiday parties you attend this month will require you to get decked out in fancy party dresses. Now that I’m in my 40s, I tend to find myself drawn to actresses over 40. They have a maturity, yet a young and playful side to them, that I find appealing and down-to-earth. Wendi McClendon-Covey. Melissa McCarthy. Octavia Spencer. Amy Poehler.
