Like any fashionista, I love hearing about new brands and affordable online boutiques. I also like introducing you {my readers and fellow fashionistas} to these new brands and boutiques. I recently discovered Red Dress Boutique, an affordable online boutique based in Athens, Ga. And Red Dress has given me the honor of introducing you to their newest featured jewelry line with this special guest post. 10 Couples {in Love} with Style

I love looking at photos of couples, and see how they not only showcase their individual style, yet how somehow compliment each other’s style. So in lieu of my “Man of Style” and “Woman of Style” posts this month, I thought I’d feature couples {in love} who both have exceptional, and complimentary, style. 1.  Victoria and David Beckham, aka “Posh & Becks”, met in 1997, got engaged in January 1998, and married on July 4, 1999. Steal Her Style: Olivia Munn

Olivia Munn is witty, smart, sassy, and stylish. My husband and I have been watching “The Newsroom”, in which she stars as Sloan Sabbith, Senior Financial Advisor on News Night. Then she worked as a correspondent on “The Daily Show”. She made the leap from journalism […]

I know that aging comes with its own set of hurdles, like wrinkles and droopy jowls. Some women want a little help in maintaining a youthful appearance. Today’s guest post is from […]

Dress Form Outfit: Black Velvet

Dress Form Outfit / www.vanessahwood.com

In December, I styled my dress form in a gold sleeveless Bob Mackie top and three layers of Christmas garland. This month, I’ve gone to the dark side and styled my dress form in a more casual outfit featuring a black velvet fitted blazer and my Patricia Nash crossbody bag. The weekends are the only time I can really show off my own personal style, mainly because I’m dressed in scrubs during the week {my day job is as a registered medical assistant for a surgeon who wears bow ties, but not while operating; only in the office, seeing patients}. […]
