I have never been to New York, but my husband has been once or twice. A few years ago, when he went for a short business trip, he stopped off and picked up this army green New York cap-sleeve fitted shirt for me. I paired it with a “lowest rise” mini-skirt from Target. Green is my favorite color and this soft cotton sleeveless shirt is not only comfortable, but accentuates my green eyes. I’ve paired this shirt with a cotton/spandex mini-skirt and a long silver necklace. I would wear black wedge sandles with it, or you could wear cute flats (although I don’t actually own any flats). This colorful, silky soft dress (made of 94% polyester and 6% spandex) is another one of my thrift store finds. I purchased it for $4.49 at the Goodwill in Kitty Hawk, N.C. My husband really likes this mini-dress because it skims the body perfectly! I would pair this dress with a light blue/turqouise or a pale yellow cardigan and a sweet pair of like-colored kitten heels or mules, or a pair of nude heels.
