Six Daily Habits for Success

I’m at a time in my life where I want to accomplish certain goals every day of my life. I want to succeed in everything I do. I want to set myself up for success. But in order to do that, I must develop a game plan for myself. They say that it takes 21 days of doing something repeatedly before it becomes a habit. You don’t have to have 100 goals on your to-do list. Start small by writing down three goals that you want to accomplish in 21 days. Then reward yourself when you accomplish them in that timeframe. How You Can Support Breast Cancer Awareness in October

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. It is a cause that is close to my heart because I work with a couple of general surgeons who treat patients who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. Since there are 31 days in the month of October, I’ve put together a showcase of 20+ great ideas for meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), beautiful fashion ideas, and […]

10 Books to Read this Fall

I’m a big book nerd! I love books! I love opening a book and smelling the pages. Nowadays, I’m listening to more books that I’m actually reading, but that’s okay. Also, I love discovering new authors, and when I do, I have to read or listen to everything I can get my hands on. I visit my local library every couple of weeks and check out a new audiobook. Lately, I’ve been listening to Jo Nesbo’s books, The Snowman and The Leopard, both of which are a part of “The Harry Hole Series.” My local library doesn’t have the whole series, […]
