This month’s “Links I Love” post is a bit long, but I just found these posts so great that I just decided to share them all instead of trying to pick a handful of them to link for you. So let’s get to it, shall we? Find The Beauty Within
Coco Chanel knew a thing or two about beauty. During her life, she designed some of the most beautiful clothing. One thing I really love about Coco Chanel is her wonderful words of wisdom, such as this gem below. It’s difficult to find the beauty within when you’re scrolling through Instagram and seeing one beautiful person after another wearing fancy clothes, their makeup is practically perfect, their hair falls in just the right tousled wave pattern. But not everything is as it seems on the gram. I’ve heard people say that IG features people’s highlight reel of their lives. I […]
Wanderlust: Let's Go Glamping!
As a child, my family used to travel to Utah to visit my grandma and grandpa Lashlee, where almost every visit we would end up camping for a few days. We would pitch a tent or pull a pop-up camper out into the woods, and me and my cousins would experience nature firsthand while my grandparents would stay in their RV. A Tribute to the True Power of a Woman
I was sifting through old articles that I ripped from magazines years ago, and I came across an editorial featuring an excerpt from Eve Ensler’s book I Am an Emotional Creature: The Secret Life of Girls Around the World. According to Glamour, this editorial is “the most important 433 words to read” because Eve Ensler “celebrates the true power of a woman.” Eve Ensler is a feminist, an activist, a playwright, and a performer, but she is best known as the author of The Vagina Monologues. You can check out her website – www.eveensler.org – if you’d like to find out more about her. […]
Nashville Blogger Bash: You Are Unstoppable

The NBB brought together a diverse group of digital content creators, including bloggers, social media influencers, podcasters, vloggers, and digital marketers. The Nashville Blogging Collective is lead by a group of amazing women — Tiffany Perkins, Melissa Lunsford, Lindsey Miles, Sheena Steward, and Ashanti and Jamie. “Now in its second year, the Nashville Blogger Bash attracts dozens of locally and nationally recognized content creators to Nashville to network, build knowledge, and […]
