Every season, polka dots get refreshed and are paraded out and about in some form or fashion. Whether you wear head-to-toe polka dots or if you keep your polka dots to a minimum {like with an accessory – i.e., a scarf, a handbag, or a pair of shoes}, polka dots add a bit of whimsy to your life. Wear a structured blazer over a polka dot dress to the office. Or drape a leather biker jacket over your polka dot outfit to give it an edgy vibe.
Polka dots are really big right now, but I’ve yet to embrace this trend. Don’t get me wrong. I love a good polka dot outfit, but I’ve just yet to find the right size polka dot and color combo that just screams, “Take me home with you and wear me every day!” So today, I’m drawing “pinspiration” from other fashionistas who have embraced polka dots. {Not every one of these photos is from 2018, but it just proves how polka dots are timeless and can be a classic staple to every woman’s wardrobe.}
