I’ve been readying InStyle magazine for years. To me, it’s like one of my fashion bibles. I love to see all the styles and colors splashed on the pages of the magazine, but I have been hesitant to venture out of my black-on-black fashion style.
With InStyle’s challenge to discover this season’s spring colors, I now have a shopping list full of not only styles to try, but fabulous colors with which to experiment.
InStyle predicted several complementary colors for this Spring, including: coral and melon; pale blue and aubergine; tangerine and tan; cobalt and peach; spruce and teal; chocolate and copper; and gray and navy. Check out InStyle’s article for yourself.
You can mix and match this season’s spring color palette by wearing dresses, sarees (like the one from designer Shaina NC), and jeans.
Shorts are a spring and summer staple for most, but if you’re like me, you sometimes like to hide your gams under a maxi skirt or in some colorful jeans.
Enjoy this Spring’s color palette. Don’t be stuck in a fashion rut. Step out of your comfort zone a little and splash on some color!
What are some colors you’re looking forward to wearing this Spring?
Yours Truly,
Vanessa

I am LOVING the cobalt and peach! Every time I swear I am going to pair my work wardrobe down to only black and white pieces that I can mix and match…awesome color combos happen in InStyle.
I totally agree. I have to wear scrubs Monday thru Friday, so i look forward to dressing up on the weekends. And thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving a comment!
