Next Saturday, May 10th, I will be celebrating two awesome occasions! My mom’s birthday and my brother’s graduation from college!

This will be a super special day for my brother, as well as for our entire family. Last March, my brother had a heart attack and had a couple of stents put in his heart. He was only 42 years old.
And now, all of his dreams will be coming true. On the morning that our grandmother passed away (April 24, 2014), my brother received his acceptance letter from Texas A&M!
I am so happy for him… so excited that he is following his dreams. He is a great example of discipline, determination and hard work. He had held a full time job while going to college part time, and he has been persuing his college degree for probably 10 years.
Way to go, Bubba! I am the proudest sister in the world, and I wish you all the best in the Fall as you step onto the campus of Texas A&M! I love you, to infinity and beyond – busted, can’t bust me back!
