Do you ever have that feeling of dread on Sunday evening when you realize that you have less than 12 hours before you have to be back at work? That’s never a fun feeling, am I right?
Well, I found this letter to “Monday” and I thought it was appropriate for the first Monday (work day) in December!

What a positive way to start the first full work week of December 2012!
I absolutely love the month of December… it’s my second favorite month of the year, right behind October. Not only do I love December because of the celebration of Christ’s birth, but the whole “spirit of giving” thing gets me so excited! I could really care less if I get any presents. I just love seeing the look on my family and friends’ faces when they open any present!
I especially love spending Christmas with my nieces – Kyra, Kalista, and Kami – because for the past few years I have sent them on scavenger hunts for their Christmas presents! Every year, I have to come up with new and exciting ways to hide their presents! And every year, my family enjoys watching them run around the house (inside and outside) trying to figure out the clues to where their presents are!
Trust me, if you haven’t done this for your children, your siblings, your parents, your boyfriend, your husband, your wife, or your friends, then get on the scavenger hunt bandwagon because it is SO MUCH FUN!!!!
WOW – I sure got off course there, didn’t I?!?
Anyway, I hope your attitude towards “Mondays” change this month! Stay positive and keep your chin up, buttercup!
