In my job as a Medical Assistant, I wear scrubs three out of five days. Fridays are typically “Casual Friday”, but on Tuesdays (when I’m not in clinic and seeing patients), I like to dress a bit more professionally.
This week’s dress form outfit is one of my typical Tuesday outfits. I actually purchased it the week before I started my new job (five weeks ago today)!
This pair of patterned dress pants and the white cardigan were purchased ON SALE at the Banana Republic store in Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, Tenn. I love BR and have purchased a few key pieces that are truly wardrobe staples!
The paints are predominately black with white checkered pinstripes and a tiny red pinstripe as well, and the cuffed hem really adds a little polish to this outfit. The white cardigan is thin enough to wear year round, especially with a tank top underneath. So I tucked a red tank top under the cardigan to bring out the tiny red pinstripe in the dress pants.
As for the accessories, the pearl white necklace is handmade – by me – but it’s not completely finished, yet! And since it’s fall, I decided to put a pair of black platform wedge booties with the outfit.
Have a great day!
