A Peek Inside My Purse

Back in April, I read an article on www.MailOnline.com about how an artist offered six friends and acquanitances 500 Euros to let him display what was in their handbags.

I was so intruiged by this that I decided to display the items in my purse… for free! So take a peek inside my purse…

Currently I carry a Louis Vuitton Estrela. At the time the above photo was taken, I had the following items in it: wallet; checkbook; Louis Vuitton pouch; red journal with pictures of two out of three of my dogs (Dakota is seen in the top photo, while CT, our beloved German Shepherd, is in the bottom photo) and Styles color combos; Rush (gym) membership card; Orbitz spearmint gum; 4 hair barretts and 1 scrunchie (yes, I still own and use scrunchies); Carmex hand cream; pens and pencils; glass fingernail file and fingernail clippers; two sets of car keys; business cards; 6′ tape measure; iPod Touch; coupons; Powerball Lottery tickets; Monster Energy can tops; Papa Murphy coupon; dental floss and floss picks; eyeglass cleaning cloths;  1 Boxtop for Education; $2.39 in change; Playtex Sport body wipes; tampons; hand sanitizer; travel-size Tylenol bottle;  Colgate To-Go brushes; tiny ziploc pack of Tums; tin of peppermint breathmints; Opcon-A eye drops; Roth IRA paperwork; Mary Kay Nourishine + Perfume in Starlit Kiss (lip gloss) and Exotic Passionfruit (perfume); Mary Kay Nourishine in Pink Diamonds; and Mary Kay tinted lip balm in Cherry. Ususally my cell phone is in my purse, but it was on my desk at the time of this photo.
