This blue silk jersey dress is by James Perse. It is the dress I purchased at a thrift store in Chicago last year! I mentioned finding this fabulous dress in a previous post!
It is a low v-neck dress, and I usually wear a tank top underneath. This time I paired it with a silky soft scarf.
